The letters A, D, S &R are the first letters of: Attack, Decay, Sustain and Release. These are the various elements of volume changes in the sounding of a keyboard instrument.

Headphones

A prefix meaning two. Dynamic Mic Robust type of microphone which picks up the sound on a diaphragm connected to a coil of wire which moves within a magnet. A more formal term meaning the same as the term Current (the amount of electron charge passing a point in a conductor per unit of time). Buss (Bus) A wire carrying signals to some place, usually fed from several sources.
